Tragedy has struck the Special Operations Command, as we mourn the loss of Lance Corporal Jack Fitzgibbon from the 2nd Commando Regiment.
On the 7th March 2024, we lost Jack in a parachute accident while he was serving our country.
We would like to pay our respects to Jack and send our best wishes to his family, friends and fellow service members.
Family and friends of Jack are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his life in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Cumberland St, Cessnock, on 18th March, 2024 at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be made to the Commando Welfare Trust may be left at the service or made online.
